In 2001, when JCDecaux became a public company, our group values were organized. The Code of Ethics includes the guidelines, which state that the Group respects all the enterprises owned by the Group.

JCDecaux is proud to highlight that strict integrity principles, respect for individuals and law obedience, which are defined by the Code of Ethics and successfully implemented by the Group, are proved to work in practice.

The Code of Ethics defines many rules of behavior. Principles, which are the basis for these rules, are built on fundamental and historical values of JCDecaux:

  • Quality: demanding for standards, the constant attempt to improve our products and services helps us to build a strong, distinctive image and create stimulating corporate culture, which identify every Group member.

  • Trust: the Group preserves trust to 3 sides: local authorities, advertisers and different kinds of cooperation, which are based on the fact that JCDecaux is known as a reliable partner. The one of the main Group values is to carry out all the contractual obligations.

  • Openness: the fundamental principles which enable the Group to protect and expand trust are openness in dealing with local authorities, financial markets and our employees, reliable publications and adequate information, open and fair attitude to our partners.
